How do you handle data privacy?
Customer-specific databases. Minimal logging for security and performance. GDPR DPAs with sub-processors.
Where is the app hosted?
On Render, which in turn hosts on Amazon Web Services. Server in Frankfurt, Germany, ensuring strong performance and data protection.
Could we upload previous transactions?
Yes. We provide an Excel template and upload the entries so they appear in order logs and dashboards. Development costs apply.
What costs are excluded from pricing?
Value-added tax and API costs, plus any server or subscription costs beyond the baseline.
